The 4-H program offers youth many opportunities to learn and apply leadership skills.
Club Leadership Opportunities
- Hold an office in your community club
- Serve as a Junior Leader for a project (for members in 7th, 8th, and 9th grades)
- Serve as Teen Leader for a project (for members in the 10th grade and above)
- Coordinate activities for club meetings
- Coordinate an event for your club
- Chair or serve on standing committees
County Leadership Opportunities
- County 4-H Leaders' Council
- Chair or serve on planning committees for county events
- Apply to serve as an All Star
State Leadership Opportunities
- Attend CAL-FOCUS and work with the citizenship group
